Hey Everyone! 😊
So for the past week I’ve been using gravy granules & mixing them with a dash of white wine (add the wine until the top of the gravy is covered) add your usual amount of hot water, pop it into a frying pan with the food you are cooking or over your meat & BAM! Some lush gravy with alcohol in it.
I know most people use red wine with gravy but honestly white wine works just as well.
Let me know what you guys thinks.
